Our "always on the move" lifestyle causes us to many times eat unhealthy food and make up excuses for not working out. Recently, ZETA100 Corp and Christian Abad Films have got together to work with, Donovan Green, Dr. Oz's personal trainer. What better way to get the year started than working with one of the best in the business.
We often hear you say you wish you would have the time to work-out or lose weight before your event. It's our pleasure to introduce Donovan's 60 second work-out as a stepping stone to achieving a more healthy life. Jorge and Carmen's story might be similar to a lot of other couples but without a doubt, there is that "something" that makes them special. Jorge and Carmen's story starts with them meeting many years ago and some time later they were blessed with a child. Since the birth of their son, they promised each other to one day walk down the aisle as one. That day came and it is one that they will never forget. This celebration took place in Peekskill, New York, at one of our favorite places, The Mansion At Colonial Terrace.
