Our "always on the move" lifestyle causes us to many times eat unhealthy food and make up excuses for not working out. Recently, ZETA100 Corp and Christian Abad Films have got together to work with, Donovan Green, Dr. Oz's personal trainer. What better way to get the year started than working with one of the best in the business.
We often hear you say you wish you would have the time to work-out or lose weight before your event. It's our pleasure to introduce Donovan's 60 second work-out as a stepping stone to achieving a more healthy life.
